LetServe is an online platform designed to help students track, manage, and verify their volunteer hours. Our app provides automated hour tracking, verified documentation for college applications, and detailed reports, making it easy for students to showcase their community service efforts.

After signing up for an account, you can log your volunteer hours directly in the app. LetServe automatically timestamps and records each entry, allowing you to generate verified documentation and reports that can be used for college applications, honor society requirements, and more.

We offer two affordable membership options:

Individual Student Membership: $15 per student/year for all-access features.

School Plan: Custom pricing for educational institutions, allowing schools to provide LetServe access to all their students with special administrative tools and reporting features.

To sign up, click the "Sign Up" button on our website or scan the QR code provided in our promotional materials. Follow the instructions to create your account and select your membership plan.

Yes, LetServe is available as a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices, making it easy to log hours and access features on the go.

You can easily reset your password: 

  1. Go to LetServe.com 
  2. Click on Login
  3. Enter your username (email)
  4. Click on Forgot password and follow the directions  

You can login at LetServe.com with your student email and student ID. For help with that information contact your school Service Learning coordinator. 

On a desktop computer: 

  1. Click on the Find Events tab
  2. Search for the organization or event 
  3. Register (add) the event 
  4. Click on the My Events tab 
  5. Click on the + 
  6. Log your hours 

On a mobile device:

  1. Search for the organization or event on the home page and click on the + 
  2. Complete the information in the dialog box and click submit 

On a desktop computer:

  1. Go to LetServe.com and click on Service Log 
  2. To edit click on the “pencil” and a dialog box will appear 
  3. To delete click on the “trash can” 
  4. Edit your submission as needed in the dialog box 

On a mobile device: 

  1. On the Homepage click on the Service Log 
  2. On the entry to be edited or deleted, swipe left 
  3. Click on Remove to delete the submission or edit to edit the submission 
  4. Edit your submission as needed in the dialog box 

Ask your supervisor to complete the REGISTER AGENCY form on Letserve.com 

When the student submits their hours, the supervisor receives an email alerting them to hours being submitted. Volunteer hours are approved by the supervisor. If hours are not approved, it is the students responsibility to contact the supervisor to approve hours.  

For an agency to appear in a school/organization database it must be approved by the school service learning coordinator/director. 

If an agency does not appear in the school/organization one week after completing the online registration form, contact the service learning coordinator/director. 

  1. The agency completes the REGISTER AGENCY form on Letserve.com.
  2. LetServe reviews the submission and sets up the account.
  3. LetServe emails login information to the agency supervisor.
  4. Once approved by school service learning coordinator/director the agency is included in the school/organization database.
  1. Login to LetServe.com 
  2. Click on Events and then Add events 
  3. Enter the Event details 
  4. Click on the active button for the event to be added to the student directory (you can create the event and then add it  to the student directory at a later time) 
  5. Click ADD 

  1. Once the event is added, click on Supervisors in the left side bar 
  2. Click on Add New Event Supervisor 
  3. Fill in the dialog box and click Add 

It typically takes 1-2 days for a new agency to appear in the LetServe database and available for inclusion
in the school/organization database.
