Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields are becoming increasingly crucial for the economy and the future, but girls or any teenagers who are outcast or judged as non-stereotypical STEM-types are frequently underrepresented in preparing for entering these fields. These biases continue to be significant impediments to their advancement in STEM, and they often face discrimination and have less access to critical resources, opportunities, and role models. STEM & ROSE is a non-profit organization that encourages nonbinary and female students to explore and pursue STEM while creating a meaningful community for us and by us.
