North Carolina Estuarium

Description

We are an education center on the Pamlico River in Washington, North Carolina. We strive to teach our guests, patrons, students, and children the importance of our estuary system here in Eastern North Carolina.

Volunteer Activities

Checking in our guests & patrons to the facility, tallying the attendance, noting where each guest is from, directing lobby traffic flow. Showing a short movie to patrons as well as explaining our lobby sculpture on the water cycle to guests.
