Vidas De Esperanza

Description

Vidas De Esperanza is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Latino community in Chatham county. We have a free medical and dental clinic in Siler City. Vidas De Esperanza also takes trips to Mexico and Puerto Rico yo provide people with healthcare who do not have access to it or cannot afford it.

Volunteer Activities

Volunteers with Vidas that are doctors or medical students have one on one time with patients to figure out what they need health wise. They prescribe patients and treat them for whatever need be. Dentists and dental students that volunteer conduct teeth cleanings and extractions. Vidas also take high school and college students to help out in pre clinic, fill out prescriptions, clean, and volunteer at fundraisers.
